Advent Construction is owned and operated by two principals, Nelson Neal and Jon Peery.  

 

Rick Pace has been with Advent Construction for approximately 14 years as Project Manager. Rick has a total of 35 years experience, 20 years in general contracting and 15 years in Electrical contracting. 

 

Together, these three principles of Advent Construction have an outstanding repertoire of completed commercial projects including light and heavy industrial, textiles, chemical, power, nuclear, pulp and paper, warehouse, institutional, retail, medical and office.

 

Advent Construction also has a related company,

Peery Construction which is the residential division of our companies and is located at the same address.  Although the office staff and support staff are relatively the same for both companies they each have their own project managers, superintendents, foremen and work force.
